Worst experience ever. Needed notary service, which they advertise. Need no estate asset letter notarized to take care of Dad's medical bills after his passing, lady was snippy said i did not write letter correctly. I consulted my Aunt who did notary work for 30+ yrs. plus the hospital that need it . All i had to do was write letter stating Dad had no estate. UPS store notary, act as if she new everything when in reality she didn't. So she gave me Sue's notary number (I should have went there first.) Lady at UPS store said they will need to rewrite it for you. I went to Sue's notary and was met with smiles and politeness, show notary what i needed she said my letter was fine had me put my signature on it while she witnessed it and i was in and out in 5 min. So anyone who needs notary or packing or anything Please look elsewhere. The UPS store at 12th st. Erie in yorktown center are impolite and don't deserve to have anyone do business with them.
