Drove all the way from Kentucky for a 1:20 in the afternoon appt was held up in traffic in Columbus due to the active shooting.... called to let them know I would be 25 min late after being on hold I was told to reschedule..... I just drove 365 miles I my semi without a load to keep this appointment I'm out of meds and NEED to see the Dr to get some changes done and they want to reschedule....their phone system is antique and doesn't rollover to different line so it tells you it's busy and to call back, I originally had an 8 am but THEY rescheduled to the later appt so I had to work because I can't afford a full day off after the holiday or I don't get paid for the holiday, I'm looking for a new endocrinologist, no understanding of the situation after the shooter struck OSU! They SUCK!!!!!!!!!
