I've had to use them a number of times and each time they've been able to come out that day. If they weren't able to come right away they told me things I could do until they could get there. One time they even talked me through how to fix one of the issues over the phone and didn't need to come out! Always great work at a great cost!

After taking a look at our project, Morewood assured me that they could handle my job and were available to do so, I specifically asked, due to the urgency of the job. After waiting approximately a week, several days after I was to receive a quote, I called the office to find out the status of my quote and got the blow off. Apparently as I was told by email " they had a large job starting this next week that they did not know about." So if you important enough, they may keep their word if not, they waste your time.
