i.e., A local favorite, or highly recommended becauseDo not use this lady! She cost us $490 because of a mistake she made in 2013. Not only would she not fix the mistake, but she flat out lied about fixing it which cost us our tax return for 2014. Me and my wife both tried to contact her countless times before being lied to and after having our 2014 return withheld was told that she would get back with us. Never heard from her and had to go to a real tax professional to get the error corrected (which saved us $1400, but cost us $490 to get corrected). They displayed nothing but incompetence, poor customer service, and dishonesty. All they are worried about is getting paid and could care less about you afterwards.
