Enid Glassworks

I ordered my windshield but had to wait till the next week to get it installed. The day before my appointment I received a courtesy call from them reminding me of my appointment. After driving 35 miles to Enid, I arrived right after they opened the next morning, the first appointment of the day. When I discovered it would be that afternoon before I could drive it, I drove to another town 50 miles away to take care of some business. An hour and a half after I dropped my van off I got a call telling me they just discovered they didn’t have my windshield. When I finally got back I told them I was not very pleased and I thought they ought to make some gesture to make up for the time and gas I wasted. Got my windshield put in the following Monday…at full price.
