Came to look at refrigerator and dishwasher. Was told before appointment that he would be required to give information to home warranty so we could be reimbursed. Refuses to speak with home warranty company.

I have used this service for years and have had very good luck in finding the part I needed and even advice on how to install it myself.

I have been dealing with Durheim Appliance for years. They are nice on the phone and even better in person. Cecil the owner has been to my house several times and the repairs have been done quickly and efficiently. Never had a problem with any repairs. When i go to the store for parts the ladies in there are polite and know what they are talking about. I would recommend this business over and over again.
