Curttright Honda

Wife took our Honda in for a noise in the engine, was informed by the service writer did not have the time that day to look at it so she took the car to pick up our grand childern at school and the car shut down. I called and asked why they could not take 5 min to look at was informed by the service writer what did I want to jump in front of other customers. Had the car towed to Honda to have repaired was informed that the price of the alternator was $795.00 and the battery was $200.00 I asked about labor and was informed they took care of it. Picked the car up today looked at the bill was charged labor for the alternator and batter. Do not think I will be taking it back to this Honda dealership. The problem is we have been Taki g this car here from 2010 for all oil changes, timing belt and other mechanical repairs.
