Applebee's

We called our order in told them we was in parking lot guy said yes he could see us 35 min later I called to see why they hadn't brought it out there to go parking lots were full but as soon as one open we moved 3 spot down to where signs were cars were still there no one in them called again 55 min later said be right out hr later still waiting went to do manager came said be right out waited 10 more min called again the little girl brought it out forgot ticket really as long As we waited ur gonna bring ticket then manager brings out ticket to get money sorry never gonna eat there again food was cold

All right ladies and gentlemen review time! Lets start with how this whole thing even came to be. Last night, we ordered food, by way of gift cards @ roughly 730 through Enid to go. We didn't get our food until about 1015ish, that's just shy of 3 hours waiting for a meal that was advertised to be ready to be picked up at 745.

I called them just to find out what kind of problems our order was causing them, thinking my quesadilla had turned into cheese filled throwing stars or something and killed their whole kitchen staff, their excuse? One of their flat tops died. While I can understand because you kinda need a stove to cook food I still don't see how everything could have taken just shy of three hours.

When finally we received our food all but one item was cold. So i called them, they gave us $75 of free food to use whenever we felt like(within the next year). We took this as a second chance at redemption and this time we went in during the day thinking maybe, JUST MAYBE they would have themselves together.

Today we decided to use this free food, because why not? its free food. The food was OK at best, I have a soft spot for some sweet potato fries tho. The server forgot to give us straws and silverware and I don't even know who brought out the food, not that it really matters but the one thing that our original server did bring out, wasn't the correct item. We ordered a grilled cheese for our oldest Lucille, and she brought out chicken tenders and fries. but wait, there's more! My youngest(autumn) is sick, and while we were waiting for the server to figure out what she was doing i witnessed Autumn cough all over the food and at one point touch one of the chicken bits. Not five minutes later, after the lady figured out she was incorrect in grabbing the plate and that the plate was for another table Amber saw the lady taking the plate to a nearby table, setting it in front of a child. We tipped but seriously 3/10 I would never suggest anyone ever goes there regardless of time of day or day of week.

The food may be just a bit slow arriving sometimes, but the staff is SO friendly. My husband and I went there on a date night when my mom was keeping the baby, and I forgot to move my money from my jeans pocket to my slacks pocket before we left. They were very understanding and didn't hassle us at all. They let my husband sit at the bar and drink a beer while I ran home to get the money. When I got back our lovely waitress assured me it was not a problem and that it happened all the time. She really went out of her way to make me feel less embarrassed.

Yes i live in enid and i use to eat at the applebees before but since it has changed managers it has became the worst restaurant in enid. It is like a hour to get any food and when it comes to a drink u can forget it about. The manager does not seem to care and the cooks must e off the street because when you get the food if it isnt cold it tasted like garbage. I hope that some upper people at applebees gets this because there our alot of unhappy people in enid about the enid restaurant and i will never eat there until something has changed.
