Preferred Auto Brokers

I visited PAB's website, found a truck Iiked and filled out an online app. I was approved & assured my truck was pulled off the market and waiting for me. I booked a flight to Denver from New Mexico. My salesmen picked me up at the airport. When we arrived at the dealership, My salesman told me my truck was already sold. I wasted my time and a flight of $233. I originally planned to sign and drive and hit the road back to New Mexico. Now what? I was only offered two other vehicles. I had come too far to go home empty handed. I selected a Ford truck, completed the paper work, put down $7K and headed home. However, my purchase gave me problems after problems and lasted less than two months and 4,000 miles! I tried to work with dealership to address my issues. They opted to give me excuses and quick fix ideas. Eventually I had to take my complaint to Colorado BBB because PAB would do nothing for me. Save your time and hard earned money by avoiding this dealership.
