While I agree with the tone of the office I can't agree with the younger partner issue. He seemed to be the only one there that cared or was on the ball when I had issues that needed to be addressed. I guess it is a personal issue cause he was always great with us.

I had the worst experience with one of their younger partners at the firm. I seen him treat his employees badly and put them down in front of clients. This company also seems to have new people every month and when I call over to ask questions I speak to a new employee and they can never seem to help me. The only good employees that were there and were pleasant have ALL quit. Also this younger partner at the firm is very rude, arrogant and extremely demining. I had questions about my billing and he was the most unhelpful individual I have EVER dealt with. I cannot believe that Miller Ward would have promoted such an idiot like him.
