Bad food, unprofessional service and staff who have no clue what they are doing, and get this, only 2 individual bathrooms in the WHOLE place. Definitely not worth your time or money. This place is truly awful! This was literally the worst restaurant experience I have ever had.

If you are up for a night of mediocre food (highly overpriced for the food), REALLY poor service with clueless waiters and waitresses, this is the place for you. My husband and I went there for their New Year's Eve dinner. We attended the 10pm sitting. Our waitress could not make any recommendations when asked about their very limited menu nor did she know anything about it (as she was more concerned with joining the New Year's festivities upstairs than wait on us). This was a 4 course meal, but there was about a 20 minute lag between each course. The waitress would come around only during the lag time to ask how we were doing (looking at us hoping we would not need anything; so she would not be inconvenienced). Come time for the 'Complimentary' Champagne toast (which was added to our meal), we got NONE. The waiter who passed out these 'Complimentary' glasses completely ignored us when we asked repeatedly if we could have a glass. After passing out most of the glasses of champagne, there was one left and my husband and I WATCHED him take a large gulp of the last glass left (leaving us with nothing). We were livid watching this as the 12am bell just rang and were treated like ghosts in the room. This establishment should be ashamed and embarrassed to have such unprofessional staff working for them. It was such as DISGRACE! At the end, my husband insisted that we still give them a 20% tip anyway, as we did not need to stoop to their level because it would not make us any better.

We really enjoy fine dining and we live in Encinitas. This place was such a big disappointment and being there on New Year's Eve resulted in one of the worse New Year's ever for the both of us. I would not be surprised if they were shut down by the end of this year. So save yourself the money, time, and being completely ignored. I can't legitimately give this place 1 star, as they are not deserving of even that. Take the advice and DON'T EVER come to this place.
