Rube's Crab Shack

First off, the staff are out of this world amazing at their jobs, and how they continue to work there is beyond me. The owner's wife was so rude ; I have never been treated so badly at a restaurant. We were spending a lot money for food and drinks. She should not be in customer service with the attitude given to us and our neighbors. We have eaten here several times before, but tonight I saw a side that should never been seen by anyone who is part owner of a business. If you want to see a real Grinch over the holidays, dine here in the evenings.

With a 5 minute walk, my family and I would be regulars, stay longer, and order more if the owner's wife was never there. We've never had a bartender not garnish our drinks, ignore drink orders, the death stare, and outrageously rude comments while being an angel to her regulars in front of us every time we go. If you want 100% great customer service, great food on time, awesome shots on time, and an awesome experience, go during the day to avoid the owner's wife. If you do see her working, go to Dave and Jane's Crabhouse for a better chance at having a great time. With that buz kill aside, the rest of the staff are amazing at customer service and dealing with a boss like her.
