Anyone looking for a practical and down-to-earth plumber, call Joe from AshConn. We called Joe when we needed to update our heat pump system. He not only provided a prompt response, but gave us varying options based on what we could afford.
We were so pleased with his service that when our well pump died, he was first on our list to contact. He came out the same day, priced a new pump and upgraded pressure tank for our house. By the end of the next day, we were back up and running with our new system.
I cannot say enough good thingks about the level of professionalism and the quality of Joe's work.

I would not recommend this plumber to anyone. He over charged me when he saw me sitting in a wheelchair. He spend very little time in my home & damaged my shower head. I did not want him to touch the shower head as it was new. I called him to diagnose a kitchen faucet problem. I ordered a new shower head from Moen & called him to put it on....he refused, unless I paid him again.
He left the lights on in my basement. They were on for almost 2 weeks before I found out. I plan to take him to district court to recover my losses he caused me.
