These guys have been processing for me porks and cows for years. Their service is un-equaled. Their hams are great. The best bacon in the state of MO. They butcher the animal to your liking. Plus you can't beat the prices.

Browns Smokehouse Meats has changed our Thanksgiving dinners for life! My parents were at a dinner several years ago and they were serving Smoked Turkey from Browns. They were so impressed, that mom decided to get one for our Thanksgiving dinner. All of us loved it...and so that is now our tradition for Thanksgiving. Once you taste it, you will never want the oven baked turkey again! We live in St. Louis/Metro East IL, but make the trek up Hwy 79 each year to the retail store the week before Thanksgiving...there's nothing like a smoked turkey from Brown's!
