        Please beware of this service. I had a woman by the name of Joanna perform cold fusion hair extensions and the service was TERRIBLE. I've had hair extensions applied to my hair for over ten years and always had the best experience, except for this time. Not only did Joanna use bad quality hair (synthetic non-human hair) and glue (instead of Keratin), but the extensions completely fell out within less than a month's time. I gave Joanne the opportunity to be ethical and fix the problem, but despite several attempts she never responded to any of my texts. PLEASE be careful -- this woman will rip you off and potentially damage your hair.

        Okay so I wanted ombre hair extensions and she promised that they were human hair. She comes in with a "keratin" treatment. She had no blow dryer or scissors or a brush or comb. And then when she started apply the hair extensions she was on her phone most of the time. And she was saying how she was a stylist for 10 years and all this stuff. And she asked if I had a blow dryer and if I had a flat iron. And when she was putting in the extensions she had glue all over her flat iron that looks like it's been there for months. And the "human hair" was shedding all over the place. And when I had her take them out my hair is dry and brittle and falling out by clumps. Since I have had her here my hair has lost 6 inches of my natural hair. And BTW the hair extensions aren't human Hair they are synthetic hair. I would never recommend her to Mt worst enemies. She is a fraudulent "hair dresser" And way over priced. My natural hair is matted and discolored and it's gross. I'm furious this is an outrage. If I could give no stars I would

        First off my appt was scheduled for 12:30 and she arrived at 1:43pm. She showed up with nothing but the hair extensions in her hand with the Fusion machine in her pocketbook. She bought nothing else no clips, no comb, scissors nothing. She comes in and I ask her does she need me to get anything like clips, flat iron something? She says no and proceeds to part my hair with her fingers. I ask her to wait and I go get a comb and other things. She starts to do my hair. When she gets half way through she says she needs scissors, I told her I only have regular household scissors she says she needs them to cut something I bring her scissors and she starts to cut the hair before installing it, when I question it she says she has to layer the hair. I allow her to finish. Before she leaves I look in the mirror and don't really like the placement and she says once I wash and style the hair it will look a lot better and more natural. I pay her and she leaves. I wait 72 hours to wash the hair. Still not liking the hair, but I try and work with it. I wait another week to wash my extensions and this time after washing I start to lose the extensions. I start taking pictures and trying to reach Joanna, and she then acts like she doesn't remember me because she has so many clients. After I remind her, she then says send her the pictures which I did, I get no response I wait 2 more days and text her saying " Hey touching bases since my last text to you was 2 days ago and have no response." and I get a text saying I will come and reattach when I am in the area. I wait a week still losing extensions, still taking pictures every time, I again text her, this time no responses, I have since texted and called every 2 days and have get to get a response. It hasn't been a month since I paid Joanna 700.00 for these extensions and every time I pull them down from a bun and try to brush them I lose a few. I paid 700.00 for extensions that I have to wear in a bun which is crazy to me. I have had extensions before for many years and by far this is the worst experience I have had. I would not recommend her services to anyone. Her and I discussed her experience doing extensions before she did my extensions and after my experience I don't believe she has been doing extensions for as long as she says she has been.
