Gino's Pizza

I have shopped at .Ginos of Elmont for the past 10 years. On November 13, 2016 at 6:10 pm I ordered a pizza pie to be picked up. The pizza was already prepared and in the box when i arrived to the restaurant at approximately 6:39 pm to pick up my order. Upon reaching home at approximately 8 minutes later I discovered the pizza was cold and it was not fully cooked. I called the restaurant and a lady answered I explained the situation and she told me to hold on a couple of minutes later a gentleman came to the phone and before I could say anything he began to rant and rave he said we have the same guy who does the pizza and I cut all the pizza personally and he goes on and on. He then asks me what do you want me to do and I answered nothing I am not looking for anything free I would just like to register a complaint because it is not fair that I place an order and pick it up to get home and have to place it in the oven to finish cooking. His behavior was unacceptable and unwarranted and I was made to feel like a liar. I explained that I had just ordered a pie on Friday night. November 11, 2016 and I had no complaints. I felt disrespected and humiliated and I believe I deserve an apology. I will not spend my money and be made to feel humiliated, I have both receipts and I took a picture of the pizza to prove my point . I will no longer patronize Ginos of Elmont and I will spread the word to my friends and family in Elmont and Cambria Heights, as a community we should spend our dollars at an establishment where our business is appreciated and we are treated in a respectful manner.
