        Open Fri- Tues ABC Grooming Center owner Annette Bamper has over 22 years experience in the grooming industry. She has taught at a NJ certified grooming school and has groomed at the Westminster Kennel Club show. Annette moved to Elmira in 2002 and after working at a local corporate owned salon, decided that in order to enrich her clients's experiences, she opened ABC's in Oct 2006. She is experienced as a show handler and groomer, yet finds that grooming the family pet to be the most fulfilling part of her experience! She is always free to talk about pet issues so give her a call!
