        Overall

        I have very bad experience in this courier. My balikbayan box is missing. its been 4 months it wasn't deliver yet since August 'till this month. The Manager never pick up the phone, never reply txt messages. The Manager /Owner doesn't know how to handle a situation like this. A horrible experience. I encourage not to trust this courier. My lawyer will take care of this company. Since she don't even bother to settle with me.
