A second appointment is strongly encouraged; you and your stylist will practice applying your piece, make any necessary cuts to blend it to your hair, and go over home care. Mikel has been a licensed cosmetologist since 1995 and started working at the salon in 1996. In 2018, she purchased the salon from her dear friend Debi. Mikel is a certified Surface specialist in fine and thinning hair, All-Nutrient organic color, and+ Keratherapy smoothing treatments. She loves learning new trends and techniques as well as continuing her education with extra hair classes! Mikel's passion is hair color, she loves the science and artistic creativity behind color to create a customized look for each client. In her free time she enjoys exploring new places in their RV, camping with friends, hiking, collecting rocks, and small handyman jobs around the house.
