The people were very efficient and caring. They got me in, took care of me and got me out. No complaints, just a warm feeling of being taken care of.

The whole experience was good . I checked in online and was taken right away. The staff was very friendly and efficient. I would recommend this location.

This was my first visit to Total Access Urgent Care, and I was extremely happy. They were very quick to get me in and out, the facility was nice and clean, and everyone I interacted with was extremely friendly, upbeat, and helpful. I did not feel rushed through in any way, but they didn't draw out the visit either. I will definitely go back for any future acute illnesses.

I got in right away. Everyone was very nice and professional. I was in and out in 45 minutes. I feel I was well cared for with the problem I presented. I will definitely go back and I recommend this place to others.

We went here after I had a traumatic fall down my foyer steps! I was in so much pain and they got me into a room and took xrays in an efficient manner. They also prescribed me pain meds and muscle relaxers for the pain! Great service! Highly recommended

We went in because my adult sun with Asperger's Syndrome had an ear ache. He was treated respectfully which means so much to me. Everything about this visit - the PA even noticed something additional and recommended a treatment for it!

The staff is friendly and caring. I was seen right away and didn't have to wait. They make sure you are comfortable and completely explain everything they do. And, they are willing to help in any way they can. If I ever need urgent care again, this will be where I go.

Excellent fast service. We saw a doctor within five minutes of arrival. Very professional and thorough taking all symptoms into consideration. In and out within 1 hour even with receiving an IV for dehydration. They even filled our RX for $15. Will definitely return and tell our Ballwin neighbors. No more hospital ERs unless we are dying. Accepts Medicare!

Amazed how quickly they took me and got the x-ray done in a few moments. Dr. Robbins was great explaining everything. So glad to have someplace close but hopefully not use you to often.

I stopped in this TAUC in follow up to the excellent care I originally received from Town and Country location. They attended my issue in a timely manner successfully, was very personable, professional and communicated thoroughly. I will always choose a TAUC. Am also spreading the word to those who don't know about TAUC. For those who do know, I've heard rave reviews.
