Immediate Medical Care

Honestly, I would have been better off checking myself into the ER. This place will waste your time and get you no where. I came in there in extreme pain, needed x-rays and a catscan. The dr i saw was great! She sent me for an x-ray and gave me medication to deal with the pain. The receptionists however made me feel worse. They treat everyone who walks through their doors like a pill head and do not go out of their way to make you feel welcome in any way. They give an attitude not only to patients but i saw first hand a snotty, ignorant and just plain rude attitude while the receptionists were talking to the elderly doctor! I was so upset i called a supervisor about my ordeal and she was very nice, said she would speak to the receptionist. Long story short, i have no plans to ever return to this urgent care for myself, or my 3 kids. I have already found another provider for my family and i could not be happier. This place is very very dissapointing.

I have recently moved to this area and was looking to establish a base for all my medical needs and found it at Immediate Medical Care. The staff is polite, honest, helpful, knowledgeable and most importantly professional. I would recommend this facility to anyone seeking expert medical attention.
