Patricia Place Apartments

Patricia Place and their manangent company is one of the most unprossional management company's u have ever witnessed. Their manager Sophia is not only unprofessional but also distressful to tenants who are paying good money to be treated in such a way. They do not take care of their property's, if something breaks it takes them over a month to fix or replace. They are never in the office or respond after you try to make contact with the management whether it's a problem you are having with the rental or just wanting more information. I would not recommend renting at Patrica Place or any other rental they are managing. Extremely unprofessional people that don't understand the hard work and needs of running a management company for rentals.
