Rope Incorporated

I bought a mini bike from them in May 2015 and it wouldn't start in June 2015 which I had started it 3 or 4 times prior. I was told there was 1 year warranty when I bought it so I took it in to get fixed and they ended up charging me $48 to clean the carburetor. When I ask why they were charging me to fix it I was told the warranty doesn't cover fuel related issues . They do not stand behind the items they sell you and I would not recommend anyone to buy here. I will not buy anything else from Rope Inc..

Do not use them to repair your equipment. They are a joke. Took my lawn mower twice in the same month for the same repair. Charged me for both times. Wrote on the last invoice that wrong belt on installed and I told them that they were the only one that has worked on the lawn mower.
