Metro Motorworks

We travel all the way from Delaware to get our vehicles serviced here because a good and honest mechanic is hard to come by .... so when you do find one, you definitely want to keep them. Hence we travel from Delaware to Metro Motorworks to have our BMW, Nissan and Toyota serviced.

I took my car to this place during the summer because my ac wasn't working and I needed an oil change. I took my car to Metro's so they can put the switch in and when they were done, the AC worked but everything else was messed up. My check engine light, and airbag light was on and when I drove the car it jerked when I hit certain speeds. I took it back to him and told him my concerns about the jerking, the loud noise and it was over heating, all on which was NOT and issue when I got there. They hooked it up to some machine and said it was m y computer system and all PT cruisers have computer problems. I said all of a sudden after your guys worked on it, he said it happens. So I couldn't prove that he messed it up, but again, I didn't have any of these problems before they touched it.



Fast forward to today 11/06/2012, im driving down the highway and my car starts to jerk, i slowed it down and it jerked some more. When I pulled over to the side, it was smoking out the hole i took the oil stick from. I turned the car off and tried to turn it back on, but it wouldn't start and the oil light came on. I call AAA, they tow me to firestone and they tell me, my engine may have locked.



All of these events have been caused because Metro Motor works did something to my car that caused it to over heat, jerk, engine rev really load and oil to disappear when it wasn't time for it to be changed. Not a happy customer.

I have been a customer of Metro for years and have brought to them four different manufacturers vehicles and have NEVER had a problem!
