This was the worst experience with a medical professional. I called on a Thursday to be fitted on a Monday for a medical device. When I arrived on Monday someone felt that a women's size 6 was equivilant to a men's size 12. Clearly, I had just wasted my time and several days of hobbling on a fractured ankle. They said they would order the correct size and have it shipped in the next day or 2 to my office. It is now Thursday, and I've been told it wont' arrive until tomorrow because they did not place the order until yesterday. I am almost 2 weeks out from my injury with no support in place to prevnt a reinjury. The staff is lazy and careless. I would never recommend this office to anyone who actual wants professional care.
