        poor service, and refused to give refund

        Did a very poor job on my car. I had to get it fixed somewhere else. Then they refused to give me a refund. Terrible customer service practices. Yes this is a legitimate complaint. I am also not the only person who has had a problem with this place!

Now for the response, we do not know who would have stated this as for we do not have unresolved issues with our customers we will do all we can to help satisfy all of our customers this is our policy.         Excellent Honest Service

        I have used White River Automotive for all my truck maintenance for years. They have been consistently been polite, professional. and have always correctly fixed my truck the first time. I recommend them to all my friends with complete confidence. Angie is polite, helpful, and always gives you an accurate estmate for your approval before they start work on your vehicle. I am grateful to have honest, reliable people to work on my truck.

        They do wonderful work for way...

        They do wonderful work for wayyyy cheaper than the dealerships. I have never seen a place that responds so rapidly to any concerns that a customer may have and truly care about their relationships with their customers. I have recently had an issue with something that happened and they immediately addressed it. If you have a budget and those big dealerships keep trying to hose you, call White River and ask for Angie. She will do her best to price every part you need all over the country and get the best price and take care of you.
