I bought a used Toyota Avalon here in January. Everybody was friendly and helpful. I normally call car dealerships "stealerships", but not this one. I never once felt like they were trying to rip me off. Even when they took me back to the "pork office" for final processing I never felt pressured. Usually, they'll try to make you feel like an idiot for declining an extended warranty, but they respected my decision here.



The service department is great as well. There were a few minor issues with the car that they took care of when I bought it, and when one of the problems resurfaced a few months later they still kept their word and took care of it. They even gave me a loaner when the part they needed was on backorder.



This is a great place to buy a car if you want a low-pressure sales experience. They have the small and friendly business feel, but still have a decent selection of cars.
