        Great Place! Maybe it's the new owners? They are very busy now that 2 competitors closed.. They not only took time to explain my Riders issues they cleaned it up and delivered it FREE.

        The worst experience ever. My warranty company hired them to fix my lawn mower. It took them one week to schedule the pick up, and another 10 days to replace just the battery (would be even longer if I did not push them). I can jump-start my mower and cut grass before I sent it in, now after they sent it back, the mower only starts but does not move at all, neither forward nor reverse. I called the company they told me they have tested it everything was OK so not their fault. I don't know what to say. Rude staff, poor service, totally untrustworthy. Just stay away from this company.

        Absolutely do not use kryders they are the worst business I have ever dealt with I used them twice both Times they were awful and over priced
