Phen, Joseph, DDS

My wife and I have been seeing Dr. Phen for our dental needs for over two years. I'm not sure if the person in the previous review was in the same office as us. We have found Dr. Phen and his staff to be very courteous, friendly and always respectful. Dr. Phen is very flexible with his scheduling and respectful of our time. Dr. Phen and his staff painstakingly go the extra mile every visit to make sure things are done correctly. Which is more important to me than having to wait a couple of minutes longer. (Just for the record, they generally have us in and out, in an hour. I could go on, but you get the picture. My wife and I are very happy to have found such a great dentist and staff.

I choose this Dentist but I now I know it was the worst choice, I will change it he is not kind at all, same as his staff, very impatient and they are not respectful of your time, they make you wait for more than an hour every appointment, people that are already there will agree with what I am saying, good luck if you choose him as your dentist and be prepare because they will challenge your patience.
