Norlanco Family Medicine

My family and I have been going to this practice for several years, and we use to like it. But until recently they became mean with some of their doctors. My wife went there with bad sinus infection, and Dr Gish I think was her name about 46 years old told my wife she refuses to give her any medication because she wasn't sick enough. She now has what I believe is the beginning of pneumonia . She had to fight with their nurse just to find out if they will give her medicine this time. We are changing doctors after this. We went from Lancaster General Hospital, Lancaster , Penna to Hershey Medical Center, Hershey Penna. Is this the result of obuma-care????

When I recieved a bill in the mail for lab results, I called the office to find out why I was billed for something I didn't recieve. They said I needed to call the billing dept, who said I needed to call the lab, who said I needed to call the insurance, who said I needed to call the dr's office. I finally talked to a very combative and rude woman who said basically, that it isn't their policy to call patients with the results, the patient is expected to just keep calling them until the results are in. When I asked why I wasn't notified of this absurd policy at the time of my visit, she just huffed and said she would have a nurse call me with the results (3 months later).

i think this place is a joke.i have a seven year old boy with an ear ache in both ears.just changed insuance co. it says right on his card his name and the name of his phy.(norlanco).they told us that they dont take new-comers in the p.m.i dont get it,is it that they are to lazy or is it too much work? i would never tell anyone to ever go to this place.i have also heard that they treat people with the wrong things. as long as i live in e-town i will always go to the e-town family health center. i didnt say what i really wanted to say but u get my point.
