In regard to his work ethics. In June, 2008, we had a new roof put on. I find that his work was good. After waiting for days on his crew coming to repair. He would say that they were coming on a certain date, but didn't call or show up.



The owner promised to come back to do repair on the chimmey and bring the pictures for our insurance company. I have a problem with him not returning calls, is a no show person and failed to either bring the pictures or mail them.



We located him on another job site and he looked us in the eye and promised to stop by and repair the chimmey



He had given us other bids on other jobs, but failed to comply. Needless to say after we purchase the materials that was required. We had to locate another company to finish his job.



It is sad when we as comsumers cannot trust a person on their word.

These men do a great job, we recommend them to everyone and what I like about this company most is that they are on time all the time the keep the jobsite clean and the all work together like the hands on a clock.

This company gets things done.

I just read a review by a person whom must be off of their rocker! I personally was an adjuster for storm damages where I have seen this company complete hundreds of repairs as well as complete home remodels and I personally know that there workmanship warranty is the best in the business I know first hand, I have seen the work performed by this company and I and many friends of mine have contracted them to install roofs, decks and to finish out full basements as well as siding out entire homes.

RSP Remodeling and Construction Co, has got our vote as being a company that deserves to be rated number one in Elizabethtown Ky, we have had work done by several companies in the past that once hired "they seemed to almost move in" and everything that was done had a different price tag! So, we called RSP to give us an estimate and the showed up on time, unlike the other's and their prices were very reasonable and once we agreed to let them do the work, the started during that same day bringing out the materials and setting up and I know that not only was we impressed with there work, All of our neighbors complimented there working habits as well as admired the work done and many around our house has had them return again to do different projects!

I recently hired this company in 2008, to replace entire roof. Owner and crew member's came out did it all in on day. Three days later we noticed that there were some damage done to our subroof, called owner and told him. He said he would be out in a couple days to fix. Never showed up and now months later, phone call after phone call and still not fixed. Workmanship of this company is a joke.
