Norton Children's Medical Group - Elizabethtown

I called in to make an appointment for my granddaughter as a new patient. Cindy is who I was speaking with and after telling her my son had BCBS insurance, she insisted on continually asking me about passport. I didn't know what passport was until I hung the phone up with her and researched it. I am deeply offended by her questioning and why she insisted on the passport issue. I will find another pediatrician in the area. If this is who Kosair has representing them, shame on them. I wouldn't feel comfortable with my granddaughter being seen by a physician there, not sure if they would make a difference in her treatment. No thanks Kosair and Cindy. Poor representation for the medical office.
