Jewelers' Bench

I took an antique necklace for repair to this store and it was in much worse condition than when I left it...handed it to me and said there will be no charge. My heart broken because this necklace meant so much to me. Now no chance of ever wearing it. I would tell anyone to skip this jeweler...I wish I had!

They sold me what was supposed to be a tungsten ring turned out to be stainless steel. Ill never step foot in their store. They have no honor or integrity.

Terrible experience. Waited 10 minutes for owner to come in from outside. Unprofessional.... took phone call and talked personal business over his cell phone while he was waiting on me. Would never go back.
