Misty took my 1000.00 and on my daughters Child Custody Trial, I informed her that I had the rest of her money ( 1500.00) and would give it to her when she got to Mountain City. She said that she couldn't come to court in Mountain City that day because she had 14 cases in Carter County. I already told her that the Judge would not continue this case but she still refused to come. My daughter had to defend herself while her husband had a very good Attorney ( Cameron Hyder) so of course she did not get primary Custody. Now she refuses to refund any of my money. Keep in mind that when we hired her we told her the exact Court Date ( which was only a few weeks away) and the Judge already told us that there would be no continuance. Misty even called the Judge and ask that the case be continued and he told her NO. She knew she had 14 cases BEFORE she took my money but I guess she only cared for the money. So for One Thousand Dollars, all we got was ONE consultation and I guess she made a few phone calls and maybe even faxed a few things, I dont know because she refuses to answer or return my calls. This Attorney is greedy, cold hearted, unreliable, mean, and finds it acceptable to rip people off so please take my advise and hire Cameron Hyder. He will get the job done for you because Misty Buck is useless and doesn't care if she rips familes apart as long as she gets some money.

I paid her 2250dollars and she never showed up for dads court date its been over 2years ago and she didnt give my money back or did nothing on dads case shes not the lawyer u want to hire unless u have money to give away hire a diff lawyer if u hire her dont be suprised when she dont show up on your court date and she Will send your Call to voice mail everytime u Call her iv learn my lesson not to trust her she had a good plan when i talk to her about this case and after money was paid she forgot all' about this case please dont be the Next victim if u want to be sent to prision hire her and she Will work for da office on sinking u

My father got arrested i paid misty buck Law offices 2250 dollars and the day He went to court she never showed up to help him get out of jail and when id called office her pair legale told me she was gone on vatiction and she never called the courts she refused to give me my payment back she never done the first hours worth of work on dads case i fired her and i hired don sprull and He did get all' charges droped and got dad out of jail dont give her your money unless u have money to give away she on the da side not your side and if she even shows up for your case she done us in and iv talked to a few diff people and she had done them wrong when they hired her to look in to her befor u Pay her please dont be the Next victim of hers my name is Chris peterson misty Buck has never even called me to have this matter resolved dont trust her she the bigest crook in this town
