I do not recommend ordering from this site. I tired to order a nightstand the other night and received an error message after inputting my credit card information. I waited and checked my email to see if it went through anyway. After not receiving anything for about 20 minutes, I went ahead and tried to place the order again and got the same message. I tired a few more times with no luck. Later that night I received 2 confirmation emails. I immediately responded to both emails explaining that I only intended to order 1 nightstand but had received an error on the site and requested that they confirm I would only be charged and receive one. When I had received no response by the following morning I tried calling the number on the website. After about 3 minutes of ringing, the line disconnected with no message. I tried 3 more times that day to no avail. I also sent a message through the “contact us” form on the website explaining the situation and asking for confirmation that my order had been received and that only one nightstand would be charged/shipped. No response, but meanwhile two holds had been placed on my credit card for the cost of the nightstand. Two days later when I still had not heard back (and couldn’t get through on the phone) I sent another round of emails and a message through the “contact us” form. I received a very unprofessional email response saying “This is not so very helpful. I can see that the error is happening after the credit card charge, but I can’t tell what the error is.” My concern about being charged for two orders was not even addressed. I responded back inquiring on the status of my order and was then told “Hi, Sorry the night stand is currently out of stock, Sol.” I responded asking if it was no longer available at all or if the order would just be delayed until it was in stock again and never got a response. Meanwhile they took the hold off of my credit card so I’ve given up and ordered the same piece through Amazon. Shipping is a little more, but worth it for the quality of service.
