Spring Valley Gas

Regulary late with deliveries; changed their preferred access point, without telling us, and then refused to deliver just before a huge snowstorm because we only wanted the minimum amount set by THEIR company. Lazy and rude. They knew we were very low on propane, and will be running out today, when they informed us that it isn't worth it to them to deliver. Would not use them EV ER!

Excellent customer service. Ran out twice last winter. Gary worked extra to make sure we had propane even though it was my fault we ran out. Same day service both times.

Same issues as other reviewer's regularly let us run out of propane, no regular fills, billing screwed up, kept charging for a tank we own. Lots of excuses, no service, no results. Changing companies.

Called on a Wednesday about filling my propane tank. As of Friday no call back or fill-up. So I called again. No answer so left another message, as of Saturday still no propane or call back so we called someone else.

Regular clerical errors, double billed, lack of organization, and a hearty helping of attitude.

No return phone call. Out of gas for FOUR days and still haven't heard from these folks.
