The girls are absolutely amazing!!!! My boys (Rottweilers) love to see the ladies there, and they take really good care of them!!! They will never go to another groomer!!!

These ladies are amazing. My 2 babies love getting their baths at Puppy Love. We have been going there for years and have never had a problem getting my dogs in. They love the treats too. My babies get a bandana and they smell so good. I'll never go anywhere else. Love this place

I went into this so called business today my second time in a year and as soon as I opened my mouth to speak to the person that I had seen before she was verbally combative to me right off the bat. She was trying to convince me that I had never been in her shop before she obviously doesn't like something about me she didn't want to hear anything I had to say. This lady has some sort of problem and it can't be just me I would not recommend anyone take their animals there to this person for their personal care. It never ceases to blow my mind how some business owners can be so rude to people want to bring business to them this lady does not need to be in charge of handling other peoples small animals

This was the first time I've ever taken my furbaby to a groomer (normally do it myself) and I hate to say it wasn't a pleasant experience. The owner was so critical of everything about my puppy that I left feeling like a horrible pet owner (I literally cried) until someone kindly pointed out how absurd it all was. The cut wasn't anything spectacular and not near as good as what I do myself. She smelled good though and her prices weren't unreasonable. (Hence the two stars instead of one.) Don't know if I'll take her to a groomer again or not, but if I do it won't be this one.
