This place is worth the time and money. They serve you first come, first serve...I'm guessing you were not a regular donor which makes you an applicant (aka) first time donor (aka) NEW. They inform you when you're there that it will take 2-3 hours the first time if you are a new donor because of a per-screening process as well as a physical you will need to take. Regular donors have the honor of always going before a new donor because of the long process and they like to keep it in and out for those that expect that time frame. They do not go by the time frame of new donors. Second. If you don't know how to use the debit card that they provide for THEIR safety, then you obviously didn't read the pamphlet they provide for you there before issuing you a card so you can better understand the fees and risks of using it. They are not a bank and I'm sure they don't want to handle money at a small business....too many high risks....I get it. I'm also okay with it. There are ways to avoid fees and such from the card. I reference the pamphlet I have kept since I got the card. :) They are not trying to "hide" anything that I can see...everyone is nice, and it's clean which is what you should expect from a place like this. All in all, it's not for everyone but I would disregard the last review. It's complete lunacy.

The staff at this center are very unproffesional. I have been going here on and off for several years and everytime I decide the extra money is worth the horrible customer/donor service I get disappointed once again. Who these days does not need extra money? Most definitely my reason for going is to supplement my income a little but is it really worth the terrible treatment. To have a manger tell you that you've wasted their time bc you have complained is extremely outrageous. To leave that place so upset nearly in tears because of how the staff has made u feel unwelcome or like u caused a problem should not be acceptable. And this is how I have felt on many occasions. It's unfortunate I will not be able to go back to this place until I can build myself up to dealing with being treated like a a second class citizen again. I will continue my complaints though until they change. To this place of business I'd say if you are going to be the dominant center in the area you shouldn't make people feel uncomfortable walking through the door to donate.

This place is very unprofessional! I have been to bio places all across usa. The staff is VERY RUDE! They try to watch t.v. as they stick u, and everyone acts like children in there! If you have a question or comment they dismiss you like you are taking up their time! I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO THIS HORRIFIC PLACE AGAIN. So whoever's life I was saving I do apologize, but will not be giving them anymore of my time or plasma!!

You get 50 each visit then it goes down on the 5th vist. Yes you do got a debit card as payment but if you go to jewel and buy something for 50 cents you can get cash back and avoid the atm fees. There will be a 45 cent transaction fee but that's not to bad. The people that work there are very nice. I need my car jumped cuz I left my lights on and they came out and helped me.

DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE! This place is a rip off. They pay you with a debit card that charges you for everything. I was suppose to get $30 and i was only able to get out $25. If you try to take out the money that you thought you had and you can not it charges you $1.50 everytime. and it charges you $1.00 just to buy something. Why do they need a middle man to dispence their money? Who ever sealed that deal should be fired. You would be better off selling a kidney in the philippines. And its nice how they disabled anyone from posting a review on google. Guess they don't want the truth to get out. I am not even going to get into how they can not take care of people in the order in which they came in. I sat there for an hour waiting to get seated. people just came and went. I am only giving this place 1 star because i have to.
