        Overall

        My house was violated by this inspection service. I would never have thought that a certified inspector could be so rough and rude as to rip siding off of my house in search of termites. While the inspection was ongoing our housekeeper became alarmed at the way he was banging and tugging on our windows and their attached shutters. He pulled on one shutter so hard that he separated it from the wall. This man left no note for us explaining his actions and I would hope that Richard Inman will eventually be held accountable for the homes he has destroyed in his career. When my realtor reached out to him requesting compensation he hung his phone up on her and will no longer return her calls. This is the worst type of crime in my opinion. He is a licensed inspector that is given the privilege of determining outcomes of complicated and sensitive sales of homes that will do anything to inflict punishment on his target. I will not pretend to know his motivation but would urge you all to stay far away from this man as he will likely destroy something you hold dear. If It were worth the effort I would sue him so he could learn accountability for his actions. I am helpless you all needed to be warned. Richard Inman is a predator
