Walmart Supercenter

I would give this Walmart zero stars if possible, they are not true to price matching, I don't shop here often but when I do I always regret it due to the hassle and frustration. I don't experience this at any other Walmart. I am not returning to this location ever!

I lost 5 prescriptions while I was at The transmountain walmarl. I didn't realize it until I went to take them before I went to bed. Called the store. First time no answer. 2nd time someone answered and said he page csi to check lost and found. On hold for 15 minutes. called back. explained that it was midnight. It would take me 30 minutes to get there, another 20 to get home. could he please make sure someone picked up. He said, "Mam, I'm in the back of the store, they are in the front." I asked if he couldn't walk to the front of the store to save me an over an hour trip at midnight. He gave this really loud sigh, said i'll do what I can. I guess he did walk up and ask because he said nothing has been turned in. He told me I'll have to check in the morning. then he hung up without saying good bye or anything else. Who is the manager of this store? How can they be so busy in the middle of the night that they couldn't be more courteous about something like this. I am so tired of the rudeness of the employees at this store.

Rude service , Sad store , to lazy to go get an item from the incoming stock .
