        Overall

        Totally Unsafe drivers! Driver was using his phone, distracted, went off the road several times. Unsafe lane changes, ran another vehicle off the road. We refused to ride back from San Jose to El Paso due to unsafe driving. Bus broke down, everyone stranded while they sent another bus. Company is refusing any sort of consideration for failing to provide safe and reliable transportation! Stay Away!!
