I have gotten exceptionally detailed work by Shawn the past couple of months. His knowledge and insight helped to save my company thousands of dollars. He will not let any work out of the shop unless it is perfect.

On 5-8-15 I call asking for info about a job I needed done. The receptionist transfer the call to one of the worker . It was 1:10 pm I was explaining to what I needed a few sheet metal cut to the size I want . He was very rude stating that he was on lunch break , and he didn't under me ! I told him I was sorry that I have i speech inpairment. He went on to stop wasting time and he hang he up the phone before I could explain again. VERy rude and unprofessional toward the customer his lunch matter more than a customer .So I call All Precision sheet metal located on 6425 Boeing and talk to Cindy to my surprise she understand me what I needed. Outstanding and very professional toward it customer. Their number 915-781-7074. Believe me they can help any work done . As I can see about Richard fabraication they have no star rating . All Precision have 4 star check before u call
