RAB Search specializes in working with bilingual professionals in general manufacturing. Because of our location, we work primarily in the manufacturing, maquiladora (twin plants), and service industries for the region. Many of these businesses have grown through the NAFTA agreement, providing supplies, materials, transportation, and customs brokerage services to the maquilas and surrounding manufacturing operations. These include automotive suppliers, consumer goods, medical devices/disposables, plastic injection molding, stamping, and most recently, the high tech electronics industry. We work in the traditional manufacturing disciplines such as quality, production, materials, purchasing, engineering, etc., but also are strong in accounting, MIS, and sales and marketing.
