Los Paisanos Autobuses

The bus was very cold. The bus driver was very rude. They really need to change their service. It bus number 298 on dec 29, 2013 leaving El Paso at 7 pm.

The other day I called this place to ask on the rates for their buses and the girl who answered was so rude and (I'm sorry to be so blunt but) useless! She made me feel sorry that I even considered their services. She talked down to me and made me feel like I was interrupting her. To top it all off she didn't even state her name when she answered the phone. I guess it's safer for her not to, that way people won't be able to accuse her directly after she treats people this way. I'm never calling this place again or even consider using their services.
