I had asked to get my stitching for my name and my school name done, we agreed to wait until that Saturday from the previous Sunday, so we'd pretty muchard wait a week for it to be done. We gladly agreed, with no problems. Saturday comes and we go and pick it up, and they tell us it should be done in 3 more days. Meaning we basically waited a week and a half just for my name and school stitched onto my letterman... we had picked it up earlier today, and they tell us that they couldn't sew the school name on, and the centering and font for my name wasn't correct. I don't know what you get from that, but I have a very low rating for this company. My opinion only. Good luck.
