Fred Loya Insurance

I am very disappointed at this location. They make Fred Loya's name look bad. I've had this insurance for years, and no employee could let me know that I was going to be out of home coverage ahead of time, my coverage expired, and my mortgage's bank is charging me for the days I was uncovered. Several times I asked to speak to the manager Richard Carrillo he never called me back or helped and the representative by the name of Jennifer always seemed clueless. These are the type of people that only care about their paycheck but not the customers.
