I lived there for 2 years it all started to get bad when the new manager took over this lady is very rude and does not care about the tenants, i went a couple of times with complaints about issues with the appartment the blinds kept messing up since day one, after calling and calling they never sent anybody to fix them or replace them, all the lady would say is im sorry there is nothing we can do for you, the carpet was very dirty since day one in fact the day that i was gonna move in it was wet and with big stains. one time i told her that the laundry was not working and that it didn't return my coins her response: "theres a number there call i cant do anything for you" when i finally finished my contract she still wanted to charge me for the dirty carpet they never took the stains off and the blinds they never replaced. I tried talking with corporate to give a complaint never got a response. I don't think is fair that you are paying your rent every month on time and what you get is a rude attitude and a im sorry there's nothing i can do, many other tenants have also complained about the management. Ho and every year they will make your rent go up.
