Walmart Supercenter

My sister in law has worked in health care for over 20years. She was in billing.

My brother who is an ex employee of walmart in another state. He had several strokes and cannot work.

We are working together to take care of him. The complaint is the Pharmacy on Camino Canada in El Cajon Ca.

Billed medical for 6 prescriptions and Sister only picked up 4. Now my Brother has to pay out of pocket because hes over his prescriptions limit.

Hello people this is a disabled man!! we have contacted Corporate on this issue.

My Sister has not received any help from the pharmacy staff or the manager.In fact when she called them about the mistake instead of researching and correcting the mistake the pharmacy woman was talking over her. I was in the same room. My sister called medical they told her yes walmart billed 6 prescriptions. When my sister called the store manager todayhe told her basically thats a lie and not what I show. She has the proof from medical. We are contacting the fraud department of southern california. If they are doing this to us imagine the amount of people that this is happening to. My heart goes out to those people being ripped off who dont understand medical billing. SHAME ON YOU WALMART

Sometimes everyone has a bad day. On this day I was in extreme pain and could not walk or push a cart, I am disabled and was having a hard day. When I asked for help to take my purchases out, I was rudely told no one was there. I was told to get up, put my stuff from the electric cart into a regular cart, when I stated " could not push a cart because it hurts, she repeated for me to get up and transfer my items into a regular cart so I could take my stuff to my car. Then she asked me "how did I get into the store?" I walked I said, Well then she said I could push the cart. I told her I was not pushing a cart when I walked into get into the store. She continued to be rude and shock the other shoppers, with her statements. I told her I would take the cart unload and return the cart.



After returning the cart I figured she was having a bad day, so I approached her, where she continued to be rude and insulting. I told her just because she could not see the injury did not mean there was no injury. Her response "I knew you were going to say that" with a tone in her voice. I told her I think her supervisor should be aware of her attitude she stated "I will tell them what you did". I protected my physical health. I was upset by this woman and so insulted that I don't think I will ever forget it or her. I did go back and report it. I noted her name, date and time. I spoke with the assistance manager at the store, but I still think people should be aware of this woman. She is most likely in her 70's and just mean. If you are disabled avoid this store or avoid Eula @ the Walmart El Cajon off the 8 freeway. I can't remember a time when I was so insulted over the way I was treated. I guess she didn't get training with the American Disability Act. I have never wrote a bad report like this. But this one still bothers me. Weeks later.

Don't go there for glasses. The sales clerks are rude and extremely inefficcient. They grossly overcharge for lenses. Oh, did I mention rude and inefficient. Not to mention rude. Buy your glasses elseware and not at any Walmart especially if you have your own frames.
