Villa Patricia Apartments

This complex is absolutely miserable to live in. If there is an emergency like plumbing backing up or whatever the situation is you cannot get a response from management. We have had several incidents that took hours and the worst was almost 2 days to fix plumbing issues. However management is pretty much inaccessible at any hour, day or time. If you have a problem you have to leave messages and are lucky if after the 3rd or 4th try you have got a response. The neighbors could be worse but their extremely high number of ill-behaved children is through the roof.



I wouldn't suggest moving in here unless you have to or you have an extremely high patience level!
