I bought a truck in May. It was to have nerf bars INSTALLED. They failed to get them and said they would be shipped since I live out of town. After two months of calling and getting the run around, I finally resorted to filing a complaint with the BBB.

Billy replied to BBB saying he would send me a check for the nerf bars, but the amount was only for the COST of the bars and nothing for the installation which was part of the deal. That was two weeks ago, and subsequent phone calls to reach Billy seem to fall on deaf ears.



Be certain that the guy in the finance office doesn't change the agreed upon 'out the door' sale price and that the sales tax in not listed on the wrong line on the sales contract ( "Paint protection package") and that the license fees are correctly stated on the contract. Although I am still disputing the 'out the door price', they did fix the tax and license 'errors' after MANY calls to the finance office, so I did not get stuck with over $800 of additional charges.



They say they want their customers to be satisfied, BUT IT IS OBVIOUS THAT THEY HAVE LITTLE INTEREST IN COMMUNICATING AFTER THE DEAL IS COMPLETED.
